- Architect’s Standard of Care: Professional review and expert analysis of architectural services in relation to the applicable standard of care. We assess whether architectural services were performed in a manner consistent with the knowledge, skill, and care ordinarily exercised by similarly situated professionals.
- Design & Construction Defects: Evaluation of alleged defects related to architectural design, detailing, specifications, and construction practices. Services often include defect identification, causation analysis, allocation of responsibility, and when requested, development of the repair scope of work.
- Building Nonperformance: Assessment of building that do not meet expected performance criteria, including durability, moisture control, life safety, and functional use. We identify contributing factors and evaluate compliance with applicable building codes, industry standards, and contractural requirements.
